班超集團自推行精益管理以來,已順利完成4期推進工作,在優化流程、提升效率、激發團隊活力等方面取得顯著成效。為進一步汲取行業先進經驗,拓寬精益管理視野,10月24日至26日,精益管理推行辦公室主任王繼平、推行專員王志偉代表班超集團精益管理辦公室,赴廈門參加第九屆盈趣杯精益改善大賽,開啟了一場聚焦精益實踐、深化知識交流的深度學習之旅。
大賽匯聚了來自全國各地在精益管理實踐中表現突出的優秀企業代表,現場交流氛圍熱烈濃厚,行業智慧碰撞頻繁深入。大賽期間,精益推行辦代表始終保持高度專注,全程認真聆聽并詳細記錄各行業標桿企業的精益實踐分享——從生產現場的精細化管控、供應鏈的高效協同、上下游資源整合,到團隊精益意識的系統化培養與實踐落地,各參賽企業結合自身真實案例,生動展現了精益管理在降本、提質、增效、減存等方面的強大賦能作用,為現場所有參與者提供了寶貴的實戰參考樣本。

Since launching its lean-management initiative, Banchao Group has successfully completed four implementation phases, delivering measurable gains in process optimization, efficiency gains, and team engagement. To benchmark against industry leaders and broaden its lean horizon, the Group’s Lean Promotion Office dispatched Director Wang Jiping and Specialist Wang Zhiwei to Xiamen from 24-26 October for the 9th Yingqu Cup Lean-Improvement Competition—a deep-dive learning journey focused on lean practice and knowledge exchange.
The contest brought together standout enterprises from across China that excel in lean management. The atmosphere was electric: ideas collided, experiences flowed, and best practices were unpacked in granular detail. Throughout the event, the Banchao delegates remained fully engaged, listening intently and capturing every insight. Presentations spanned shop-floor micro-control, end-to-end supply-chain synchronization, vertical & horizontal resource integration, and systematic cultivation of a lean mindset. Real-world cases demonstrated how lean drives cost down, quality up, throughput higher and inventory lower—offering ready-to-use reference models for every attendee.
Guided by the core belief of “striving for perfection through continuous improvement,” Banchao Group has built a lean system tailored to its strategic goals and operational realities—moving from framework design to shop-floor deployment, from top-level steering to company-wide participation, embedding lean thinking into every corner of the business. Joining the Yingqu Cup was both a “go-out-to-learn” mission and a “bring-back-to-upgrade” opportunity. The Lean Promotion Office will now distil the advanced practices and expert advice into an actionable roadmap: refining the kaizen mechanism, streamlining project workflows, and scaling lean training so that every employee can apply lean tools in daily work—injecting sustained momentum into Banchao’s high-quality growth.
The lean journey has no finish line; only relentless execution secures long-term success.
