7月30日上午,班超集團在盛鎂鎂業三樓會議室班召開班超集團2025年中工作總結大會。此次大會旨在全面總結班超集團上半年各項工作的開展情況,明確下半年的發展方向和重點任務,同時對組織架構和人事任命進行調整,為集團的持續穩健發展注入新的動力。
會上,各事業部、職能中心負責人依次登臺匯報,全面且細致地回顧了上半年的工作成果,面對工作中存在的問題,他們不回避、不遮掩,深入挖掘根源,并針對性地提出了一系列具體可行的解決方案,為下半年工作的高效推進提供了清晰思路。
班超集團總裁劉貴平宣布了最新的組織架構調整方案和人事任命決定,并對下半年重點工作做了全面部署。他指出,如今市場競爭激烈,企業面臨重重挑戰,為提升企業核心競爭力,下半年圍繞四大方向推進工作。一是聚焦各事業部下半年生產任務目標,各生產相關部門要對照全年生產計劃,精準分解下半年任務,明確每個月生產指標,守牢安全底線,確保按時按質完成生產任務。二是攻堅重點項目管理工作,項目負責人要緊盯施工進度,協調好各項工作,建立健全每項工程考核機制,確保按照時間節點保質保量完成各項工作。三是深化技術創新與優化創新管理工作,聚焦行業前沿技術和關鍵核心技術進行攻關,提高創新成果轉化效率,讓技術創新更好地服務于集團的生產經營。四是筑牢集團管理體系建設根基,進一步完善集團的各項管理制度,細化管理流程,確保管理工作有章可循,提升各部門協調溝通,完善各項考核機制,運用激勵機制充分調動員工的工作積極性和主動性。
班超集團戰略顧問邱宇梳理了上半年集團的工作情況,同時也針對工作中存在的問題和不足給出了建議。他強調,各部門要緊密圍繞集團下半年的工作部署,明確目標,細化任務,確保各項工作落到實處。

On the morning of 30 July, the Ban Chao Group convened its 2025 Mid-Year Work Summary Conference in the third-floor conference room of Shengmei Magnesium Industry. The meeting aimed to give a comprehensive review of all work carried out in the first half of 2025, clarify the direction and key tasks for the second half, and announce structural and personnel adjustments that will inject fresh momentum into the Group’s sustained and steady development.
Division heads and functional-centre directors took the floor in turn, delivering thorough and detailed reports on first-half achievements. Confronting existing problems without evasion, they drilled down to root causes and proposed a series of concrete, actionable solutions, providing a clear roadmap for efficient progress in the latter half of the year.
President Liu Guiping unveiled the latest organisational restructuring and personnel appointments, and outlined the Group’s priorities for the next six months. He stressed that, amid fierce market competition and mounting challenges, the Group must sharpen its core competitiveness by advancing along four strategic tracks:Production-task alignment: Each division must translate the annual production plan into precise monthly targets for the second half, guard the safety bottom line, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Key-project delivery: Project managers must monitor construction progress, coordinate all parties, and establish rigorous assessment mechanisms so every milestone is met on schedule and to specification. Technological and managerial innovation: Focus on cutting-edge and mission-critical technologies, accelerate the conversion of innovation into productivity, and ensure that R&D directly serves operations. Systematic management upgrade: Refine rules, streamline processes, strengthen inter-departmental coordination and communication, and deploy incentive mechanisms to unleash employees’ initiative and creativity.
Strategic advisor Qiu Yu reviewed the Group’s first-half performance, offered targeted recommendations on outstanding issues, and urged every department to align closely with the second-half plan, clarify objectives, and translate tasks into concrete action.
In a stirring closing address, Chairman Wang Jing thanked every employee for their dedication, emphasising that the Group’s steady advance in a competitive market rests on their collective effort. As the company embarks on transformation and upgrading, it must seize policy opportunities, marry national strategies to its own realities, and press ahead with technological innovation, industrial-structure optimisation, and supply-chain enhancement to turn transformation into a powerful engine of high-quality growth. While marching toward higher goals, the Group must also strengthen safety management to safeguard employees’ lives and health—the non-negotiable bottom line of development. Looking to the second half, the entire Ban Chao family must devote itself with firmer conviction and fuller passion to achieving the Group’s strategic objectives.
